There will be a quick dialogue and then she will run ahead. Head to the stairs that will take you to the third floor. If, at any point, you feel the need to return to the stage to save your game, charge your Vita, go to work, etc.
This floor is different from the others-- it is nearly-circular, but it seems that every time you near a door, the game sends you to another distant corner of the floor. When the game teleports you, turn around, round the corner and try the door there. Continue this process until you are able to open a room to find the Avenger Knight with Shadow Yukiko.

This is the hardest fight you will have encountered thus far, but luckily, this mini-boss is neutral to all elements except Fire , meaning he will not resist any attacks you throw his way and will fall down when attacked by Fire.
Since this is relatively early in the game, if you've managed to pick up an Ukobach during Shuffle Time on one of the previous floors, switch to that Persona and use his Fire attack, Agi. If you don't have Ukobach, don't worry: use whatever you've got and whatever items you need to win the fight. Yukiko will run away again after saying a few quick words.
Leave the room and use the Glass Key to unlock the other doors on the floor you won't be teleported anymore and find the stairs. Continue upward. Make your way through the sixth and seventh floors 6F and 7F -- there's nothing tricky about them. Go up the stairs to the eight where the boss awaits you.
Before you enter and begin the final battle, check your Item list in the Triangle menu to see if you have a gem. Examples of a gem at this stage would be a Iolite or a Smoky Quartz. The symbol in the item list is a hexagonal sort of shape. Shadow Yukiko is weak to Ice but she absorbs Fire. If you managed to procure a Persona such as Forneus with Bufu you'll be in luck since you will need to have Chie on Guard for most of the fight to avoid Shadow Yukiko exploiting Chie's weakness to Fire.
